Integral started at Marli’s kitchen table with one goal: making Pilates approachable and welcoming. We stick to the Principals of Pilates, but keep it friendly.
We want you to leave feeling proud and ready to use Pilates every day.

Hey Y’all! I found Pilates upon moving to Dallas to get my master's from UTD in 2017. Growing up a dancer, it was important to me to find a movement practice that I could carry throughout life.
I am certified through the National Pilates Certification Program, as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine. One of my favorite parts of being an instructor is having the opportunity to build relationships with my clients, as well as helping them connect deeper with their bodies. I like my classes to be full of intention and light bulb moments, and my playlists are of highest priority!
What are you listening to at home: R&B, hip hop, FKJ, soft rock
pre-class: whatever matches the vibe that day
During class: hip hop remixes, girlie pop, chill electronic
Cool-down: Adele, Nora Jones, Mac Miller, Shakey Graves

HOWDY YALL! I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and have always known I wanted my big girl job to be within the realm of making people feel better about themselves.
After a quick-ish stint at St. Edward’s, I returned to Dallas to care for my dad. I began Pilates for myself and, after thousands of classes, embraced its philosophy and started teaching.
My favorite part of teaching Pilates is learning—it never gets old. My excitement fuels my clients. In the equipment room, I love hearing "I feel good" and watching cues land (IYKYK). The mat room’s sweaty, fun, focused. You lift up your neighbor with extra energy. That’s the sh*t that keeps me going.
What are you listening to at home: COUNTRY N WESTERN
pre-class: I’ll keep you on your toes
During class: jazzy n jungle house
Cool-down: rattlesnake milk, Charles Wesley Godwin, Grateful Dead, Al Green
